February 03, 2025: Bajaj Allianz General Insurance has announced the appointment of Mr. Anckur Anil Kanwar as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective February 01, 2025. He takes over from Mr. Ramandeep Singh Sahni, who has now taken over as the Chief Financial Officer of Bajaj Finserv Limited.

With over 20 years of experience in the insurance sector across finance, reinsurance and underwriting domains, Anckur brings deep expertise to the Company. In his new role, he will oversee financial matters at the Company and Business Vertical levels. Additionally, his responsibilities include providing strategic inputs to achieve optimal outcomes for the Company. Prior to this, he served as the Deputy CFO at ICICI Lombard and has held key leadership roles as part of his extensive experience. Anckur is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

With this leadership transformation, Bajaj Allianz General Insurance will continue to deliver strong financial governance and strategic growth.
