Cdr Sanjeev Singh (Retd) has joined Deloitte as a Partner

Cdr Sanjeev Singh (Retd) brings over 25 years of cybersecurity leadership and governance expertise from both the corporate and defense sectors. His appointment reinforces Deloitte’s commitment to providing cutting-edge cyber risk solutions in an increasingly complex digital landscape. His experience spans SOC design, cyber risk management, information security policy, and secure architecture for large defense and enterprise ecosystems.

About his previous roles:
Prior to this role, Cdr Sanjeev Singh (Retd) served as the CISO and Data Protection Officer at Birlasoft, where he established data protection and cyber defense protocols, including security incident monitoring, endpoint protection, and risk mitigation strategies. He also headed the Detection and Response function at Virtusa, implementing advanced threat protection systems. He was also the Associate Director – Cyber & Strategy Services at Deloitte, providing advisory services and leading threat intelligence programs. He even served for over 22 years in the Indian Navy, culminating in the role of Joint Director Information Technology. There, he was responsible for implementing hierarchical governance models, building cyber defense strategies, and leading digital transformation projects aligned with the NIST Cybersecurity Framework.

Gouri Inamdar has joined ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel India as the Vice President and Head of Information Technology

The new role at ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel India recognizes her continued contributions in leading IT transformation and innovation at one of India’s largest integrated flat steel producers. Her career reflects over two decades of dedication to leveraging technology for business growth and operational agility.

About his previous roles:
Gouri Inamdar has been with Arcelor Mittal Nippon Steel India, initially as Head of Information Technology, where she led critical digital initiatives and enterprise IT strategy. Her deep understanding of business-integrated technology and operational excellence earned her this well-deserved elevation. Prior to this, she spent over 11 years at Capgemini, where she held leadership positions including Program Manager and Senior Manager, driving large-scale IT programs and managing strategic client engagements. She also worked as Senior Consultant at Bristlecone for over 5 years, gaining experience in SAP and supply chain transformation projects.

Mohit Tandon has joined Metro Hospitals & Heart Institutes as Vice President – Information Technology

With a rich background in healthcare IT and digital transformation, this move marks a significant milestone in his professional journey. With more than a decade of experience across top healthcare institutions, Mohit brings deep expertise in hospital IT systems, EHR, PACS, asset tracking, and enterprise resource planning.

About his previous roles:
Prior to this role, Mohit Tandon served as General Manager – Information Technology at Sri Balaji Action Medical Institute & Action Cancer Hospital, where he spent over 3 years enhancing hospital IT infrastructure and systems. He also held leadership positions as Head – Information Technology at Maharaja Agrasen Hospital, and played key roles at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital and Aakash Healthcare as Business Analyst and Assistant Manager – IT & Applications respectively. He also had an impactful 5-year stint with Fortis Healthcare, where he served in various roles, including Application Consultant, Functional Consultant, and Trainee. He was instrumental in major digital rollouts such as TrackCare and ERP integration across hospitals.

Sanjay Goswami has joined Century Plyboards (India) Ltd. as DGM – Head IT Security | Infra & SAP 

Sanjay Goswami brings with him a strong legacy of driving enterprise-level IT functions with a sharp focus on cybersecurity, infrastructure, and SAP operations. With over two decades of experience, he is well-versed in aligning IT strategy with business goals, enhancing cybersecurity posture, and leading large-scale digital transformations.

About his previous roles:
Prior to joining Century Plyboards, Sanjay Goswami held a long-standing role as Group Head IT at Maithan Alloys Limited, where he served for over 16 years. During his tenure, he led major initiatives in cyber threat mitigation, compliance and risk management, SOC monitoring, and data governance. He was instrumental in modernizing IT security across 8 locations with next-gen firewalls, VPNs, and multi-layered endpoint protection. Before that, he worked as Head IT at Printech, where he implemented secure IT frameworks for clients in the manufacturing and financial sectors. He also began his career as a System Administrator at SSI, where he specialized in security policy implementation and endpoint protection strategies.
