With over two decades of experience in cybersecurity, information security governance, and risk management Abhishek Jha has consistently portrayed exceptional leadership and technical excellence. His career reflects a steady ascent through high-stake roles in defense, banking, and consulting, making him a guardian of digital resilience. As the Global CISO at Tata Technologies, , he is now safeguarding the organization’s digital infrastructure, fostering a security-first culture across global operations, and aligning cybersecurity with core business objectives.

About his previous roles:

Prior to joining Tata Technologies, Abhishek Jha had served as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for Citi Global Markets (CGM) India. In this capacity, he led the development and implementation of security policies while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and managing critical cyber risk initiatives. His oversight played a pivotal role in aligning operational technology with robust information assurance protocols. He also held the position of Business Information Security Officer, where he managed end-to-end security governance, ensuring regulatory compliance and engaging with business stakeholders to drive enterprise-wide security strategies. Abhishek contributed to national security during his long and decorated tenure with the Indian Air Force, where he served for nearly two decades. He was also the Senior Manager – Infosec, Audit & Compliance at Citi Global Markets (CGM) India spearheading national-level cybersecurity strategy, governance, enterprise risk management, and audits. He also held other significant roles in auditing, security policy formation, incident response, and infrastructure management within the Air Force, showcasing his deep-rooted expertise in mission-critical environments.
