Prior to her current role, Nitasha Narula amassed extensive experience across leading organizations in diverse capacities. At Standard Chartered, she served as an Information Security Risk Manager, driving data protection strategies and third-party risk governance while fostering a robust cybersecurity culture. As a Transition & Transformation Manager, she led global migration projects and transformation initiatives within the bank’s risk functions. During her tenure at DXC Technology, she spearheaded large-scale transformation projects, process optimization, and automation solutions. At Hewlett Packard Enterprise, she held various roles, including P2P Process Consultant and Global Transition Lead, where she enabled process standardization and seamless outsourcing transitions. Her early career began with roles in Accounts Payable and Supply Chain Management, where she honed her analytical skills and laid the foundation for her expertise in process transformation and risk management.
