Vineet Kumar has joined DMart (Avenue Supermarts Ltd) as Circle HR Manager

He brings over 17 years of diverse and progressive experience in human resources and industrial relations. His extensive expertise in strategic HR management, training and development, industrial relations, and team leadership continues to play a pivotal role in enhancing people practices and operational efficiency across the organizations he serves.

About his previous roles:
Prior to joining DMart, Vineet Kumar served as Head (HR & Admin) at Dixon Technologies India Limited for nearly 2 years, where he was the Plant HR Head based in Ludhiana, Punjab. He was responsible for strategic HR planning and cross-functional team building. He also held leadership positions at Greenco Group, including Manager (HR & IR) at Rampur, Himachal Pradesh, and Deputy Manager (HR & IR) at Kinnaur, where he led training & development initiatives and managed payroll and industrial relations. He also spent over 5 years at Utility Powertech Limited, serving as Sr. Officer (HR) and Officer (HR), managing HR policies and onboarding functions. His career journey began with roles at Italian-Thai Development Public Company Limited and GET, where he gained foundational HR experience in recruitment, induction, and payroll.

Rohit Suri has joined Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited as Chief Human Resources Officer

He brings over 25 years of experience in HR leadership across diverse sectors including media, consulting, technology, and financial services. His expertise in managing global talent strategies, leading HR transformations, and fostering inclusive people practices makes him a valuable asset to Zee’s leadership team.

About his previous roles:
Before joining Zee, Rohit Suri served as Portfolio Manager (Self-Directed), and prior to that, as Head of Talent – India at AXA, where he led HR strategies for over 30,000 employees. He also held the position of Chief Human Resource Officer – South Asia at dentsu International, leading HR for over 60 professionals and overseeing operations for over 100 companies across South Asia. Further he also served as Chief HR & Talent Officer – South Asia at GroupM, where he was part of the executive leadership team and responsible for HR in the media group’s South Asia region. He played a key role in aligning talent strategy with business goals across renowned media brands under GroupM. He even served as Vice President – Human Resources at People Interactive, Paytm, and Turner Broadcasting System, where he played key roles in shaping HR strategies, supporting growth, and driving change across high-growth and media organizations. His experience also includes roles at Star India, Krohm Solutions (Cendant Corp), and ABC Consultants, where he led talent initiatives across IT and e-commerce.

Richa Saraswat has joined DFM Foods Limited as Chief Human Resources Officer

She brings brings rich experience in talent acquisition, HR business partnering, leadership development, and organizational transformation. Her strategic mindset and people-centric leadership continue to enable impactful HR interventions across dynamic business environments.

About his previous roles:
Prior to joining DFM Foods, Richa Saraswat served at Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Pvt. Ltd. as HR Business Partner – Supply Chain and Cluster HR Head – North Region, where she provided HR leadership across North Cluster and helped streamline people practices and industrial relations. She also worked with Vedanta Resources Limited for over 6 years in various senior roles including Head of Talent Acquisition and Corporate Human Resources. In these positions, she played a pivotal role in employer branding, employee engagement, talent development, and driving strategic HR initiatives aligned with business objectives. She began her career at Vedanta as Associate Manager – HR, where she led campus hiring and drove talent acquisition strategies for the Iron Ore Division, building strong foundations in stakeholder management and HR operations.

Jitendra Chakravarthy Putcha has joined Mastech Digital as Chief Delivery Officer

Known for building high-performing teams and driving large-scale technology programs, he has been instrumental in leading AI-led innovations and shaping enterprise delivery strategies. His expertise continues to strengthen Mastech Digital’s mission to deliver future-ready solutions.

About his previous roles:
Prior to joining Mastech Digital, Jitendra Chakravarthy Putcha served as Senior Vice President & Global Head – Data & AI at LTIMindtree, where he led the Data & AI service line globally. He was responsible for AI engineering, platforms, Gen AI initiatives, and strategic alliances across industries. Previously, he was EVP & Global Head – Data, Analytics, AI at LTI, where he scaled the data and analytics practice, drove AI adoption, and represented the organization at leading technology and government forums. He also held the position of Global Head – Data, Analytics, AI at LTI, where he expanded the team significantly and established a modern delivery center focused on next-gen data solutions. He spent nearly two decades at Cognizant, where he held several leadership roles including Hyderabad Center Head, Vice President – AI & Analytics, Practice Head – Business Analytics and Insights, and AVP – Analytics and Information Management across BFS and growth markets. He started his journey at Cognizant as a Systems Analyst and rose through the ranks based on his consistent delivery excellence and leadership capabilities.
