Malahar Pinnelli has been appointed as Vice President & Country Leader at 7-Eleven Global Solution Center (GSC) India

Malahar Pinnelli has been appointed as Vice President and Country Leader at 7-Eleven GSC India. With over 20 years of experience in technology leadership, Malahar has been instrumental in scaling global teams, driving IT strategy, and spearheading digital transformation. Having co-founded and advised multiple startups, he brings a deep understanding of business and technology integration. Prior to this role, he held key leadership positions at SMC Squared, Ecolab, and Pepelwerk, where he played a pivotal role in establishing and scaling digital organizations. His expertise in engineering, entrepreneurship, and IT service management makes him well-positioned to lead 7-Eleven GSC India’s growth initiatives.

Rohit Kedia has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer at Xoriant.

With a career spanning three decades, Rohit is a recognized technology business leader with extensive expertise in AI, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and enterprise solutions. Prior to joining Xoriant, he served as Chief Growth Officer at LTIMindtree, leading global technology service lines and driving strategic partnerships. His leadership philosophy focuses on customer-centricity, bold execution, and fostering a culture of innovation. As a thought leader and speaker, he continues to shape the digital transformation landscape and guide enterprises toward achieving competitive advantage.

Khurshed Dordi has been appointed as Partner & Chief Operating Officer at BDO – India.

Khurshed Dordi has joined BDO in India as a Partner & Group Chief Operating Officer, bringing over 30 years of experience in the financial services sector. He previously served as Managing Director & Group COO at Deutsche Bank India, where he also held the position of Interim CEO. At BDO, He will focus on driving growth, governance, and operational excellence. His expertise in regulatory affairs, compliance, risk management, and talent development positions him as a key leader in the industry.
