Before this, he served as the Head of Investor Relations at Prince Pipes and Fittings Ltd, overseeing investor communications, financial reporting, managing investor expectations, and conducting strategic market analysis.

Sushil S. has been appointed as CISO-Head of Information Security & Governance at GHFL (Formerly Poonawalla Housing Finance).

With over 20 years of experience in the banking industry, he has worked across public sector, private sector, and MNC bank environments. He has successfully developed and executed IT strategies and digital agendas to enhance cost efficiencies, customer service, and delivery. His expertise spans complex infrastructure management, risk-based environments, and regulatory compliance. Prior to this, he served as an Information Technology Security Specialist at Nuvama Wealth, where he played a key role in IT security, risk management, and compliance frameworks.

Pooja Sahgal has been appointed as Global Chief Marketing Officer at IGI – International Gemological Institute India.

An experienced marketing leader with over 20 years of expertise in brand building, category creation, and digital transformation. She has successfully driven brand purpose, innovation, and full-funnel marketing strategies, spanning traditional and digital media. With a strong focus on consumer insights and revenue management, she has played a pivotal role in developing high-growth marketing strategies. Prior to this, she was VP & Head of Category Direction, Innovation, and Equity at Godrej Consumer Products Limited, where she led strategic brand initiatives and innovation pipelines.

Swayambhu Prakash has been appointed as the Chief Information Security Officer at SabPaisa.

A digital transformation and cybersecurity leader with over 18 years of experience, he has led enterprise IT management, cloud security, and regulatory compliance initiatives across fintech, government, and manufacturing sectors. His expertise includes IT risk management, cyber threat mitigation, and strategic IT governance. Prior to this, he was Assistant Vice President – IT & CISO at State Bank Operations Support Services, where he played a key role in defining IT security strategies, implementing business solutions, and enhancing cybersecurity frameworks.
