She has extensively facilitated HR and change management, focusing on organizational learning, talent nurturing, and branding. Her strong relationship management, organizational, and leadership skills are highly regarded by her peers and colleagues. An avid reader, she enjoys networking and socializing, constantly learning from people in various fields. Winner of the Mrs. India title in 2019, she exudes self-confidence and poise. In her free time, she loves coffee runs, dancing, meditating, and watching world cinema.

Before her current role, with over 18 years of experience, Ronita SenGupta held several key roles at Fujitsu. She served as the Global Change Management Lead for GDCs, where she was responsible for strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, corporate communications, change project management, and stakeholder management. She also worked as the Global Change Management Lead for HR Global Transformation and Head of Corporate Communications, focusing on HR global transformation and corporate communications. Additionally, she was the Head of Corporate Communications & Employee Experience, managing corporate communications and enhancing employee experience.
