Piyush Mistry joins Capital India Finance Ltd. as a Group Head-IT

Former CTO at Dvara SmartGold, Piyush Mistry, has recently joined Capital India Finance Ltd. as its new Group Head-IT. In his role, Mistry will help drive technology strategy, digital transformation, as well as security programs for the organization. An IT professional with demonstrated leadership in cloud computing, mobility, and virtualization, Piyush Mistry brings more than two decades of experience leading IT and technological innovation. His other areas of specialization include IT Infrastructure, Digitization, IoT, Information Security, and BYOD. Piyush has a track record of managing and leading large technology operations, operational excellence initiatives, innovations, and organizational and technological transformations in a multinational/multi-cultural environment. Mistry previously worked as an Associate Director-IT for JM Financial, where he was in charge of the tech services for Indian Markets (Equity/Debt), Asset Management, Investment Banking, NPA, Private Equity, Home Loans, NBFC, and other departments. He has also held key positions in notable organizations such as Netmagic, the National Bank of Fujairah, and GlobeOp Financial Services.
