Most recently, he served as Head – IT Infrastructure at H&M, where he led global infrastructure strategy, hybrid-cloud modernisation,IT automation, FinOps-led optimisation, and vendor governance. His earlier leadership roles at Intel Corporation, Visa, Rakuten, ANZ, Accenture, Siemens, Syntech Informatics, and EXL Service further reflect his depth in enterprise-scale technology transformation.

Naveen Reddy Appointed as Chief Information Security Officer at Spandana Sphoorty Financial Ltd.

Spandana Sphoorty Financial Limited has appointed Naveen Kumar Reddy as its new Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), strengthening its cybersecurity strategy, information security governance, regulatory compliance framework, and cyber resilience posture. He brings over a decade of experience in cybersecurity operations and security architecture across India’s financial services ecosystem.

Before joining Spandana Sphoorty, Naveen served as CISO at Criss Financial Limited, where he strengthened cybersecurity end-to-end—driving data protection, VAPT, EDR/DLP integration, NGSIEM visibility, endpoint security, and RBI compliance, while also leading organisation-wide cyber awareness initiatives.

Earlier, at IFTAS, he spent eight years managing SOC operations, NGSOC implementation, WAF security, SOAR automation, IPS/IDS deployment, SIEM monitoring, vulnerability management, and incident response. He implemented next-generation SOC capabilities, automated cyber threat intelligence (CTI) workflows, and supported major audits and continuity programs. He began his career at IDRBT, managing INFINET MPLS networks for RBI locations and member banks, building a strong foundation in secure financial network operations.

His appointment enhances Spandana Sphoorty’s cyber resilience, governance, and readiness against emerging threats.
