About Aspiring CXOs Awards
The Aspiring CXOs Awards 2026 (ACA) is an initiative designed to identify, recognize, and nurture exceptional talent in the fields of cybersecurity, risk management, and emerging technologies. Its primary goal is to inspire and empower the next generation of CXOs, who will play a pivotal role in strengthening global defenses against ever-evolving threats in the digital landscape.
The Aspiring CXOs Awards is a unique initiative uniting mentors and mentees to fasten the industry growth. Senior C-level executives like CISOs, CTOs, and CIOs, renowned for their expertise in IT, cybersecurity, and risk management, select mentees through a rigorous process based on their potential, dedication, and drive for growth. These mentees receive exclusive mentorship, gaining invaluable insights and guidance to excel in their professional journeys. The Mentors (CXOs) are eligible for the Leadership Award, while the Mentees (C1 level executives) are affiliated with the Aspiring CXOs Awards.
This is a year-long mentorship program and a Multi-partner event.
Mentorship Program
- C-level executives including CISOs, CTOs, and CIOs who bring extensive experience and insights into the IT, Cybersecurity and Risk Management sectors. They will be choosing their mentees and providing them with their valuable mentorship throughout the year.
- Nominees, identified through a selective process led by mentors, are chosen for their potential, dedication, and commitment to professional growth. Mentees, including those at the GM IT, VP, Director, and C-1 levels, should apply. They will receive a year-long mentorship from their respective mentors, guiding them toward career excellence.
Industry veterans with outstanding experience in the IT, Cybersecurity, and Risk Management sectors who may prefer to contribute outside the traditional mentor-mentee framework, yet bring invaluable expertise and leadership. These distinguished professionals will be honored with a Special Award in recognition of their remarkable contributions and enduring impact on the community.

- Eligibility for Mentor
- As a mentor, you will guide aspiring leaders to shape their career paths and achieve their leadership goals. Your responsibilities include:
- Picking 1-2 Industry professionals from the nomination list, as your Mentee.
- Fecilitating them on the event day on the stage with Aspiring CXO Award.
- Your mentorship journey begins from here:
- Mentoring 1-2 industry professionals who aim to become future leaders.
- Conducting 4 one-on-one sessions (virtual or face-to-face) within a year.
- Offering insights, career advice, and leadership tips to help mentees achieve their aspirations through connects and networking.
- Assisting mentees in creating an industry e-guide on a topic of their interest, contributing valuable knowledge to the community.
- Submitting the e-guide within 9 months of the journey.
- The mentorship officially begins from the event date of your respective city.Â
- CXO Junction will connect with you and your mentee every quarter via email to track progress and collaboration.Â
- At the end of the year, mentees will provide feedback on their learning experience and mentorship journey.Â
- Receive the CXO Leadership Award during the event in your city.Â
- Gain the opportunity to mentor and shape the next generation of leaders.Â
- Feature in our exclusive quarterly magazine (both physical and digital editions).Â
- E-certificate of Mentorship will be awarded upon successfully conducting all one-on-one mentorship sessions and submitting the e-guide with your mentee, marking the completion of the program.Â
- C-level executives with 10+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, Risk Management, or Emerging Technologies.Â
- Senior leaders with 18+ years of experience, holding decision-making authority within their organization or consistently for the past 5 years.Â
- Note: This mentorship program is thoughtfully curated by CXO Junction Media to foster leadership and knowledge-sharing within the industry. The selection criteria and guidelines ensure a seamless experience for both mentors and mentees. Professionals from OEM companies can participate in this program only through sponsorship opportunities.
