Satish Papnoi brings a wealth of experience in technology leadership, with a strong record of aligning IT strategy with business outcomes. As the newly appointed Group CIO at PRJ Ventures, he is responsible for spearheading digital innovation, modernizing enterprise architecture, and unifying information strategy across a diverse set of businesses — including PRJ Ventures, Sarla Holdings Pvt Ltd, Pathways (Gurgaon, Noida, Early Years), Cesta Services, and Sirama Global. His focus is on leveraging technology as a catalyst for sustainable growth, operational resilience, and business transformation across the group’s wide-ranging verticals.
About his previous roles:
Before joining PRJ Ventures, Satish spent over two decades with Sarla Holdings (Pathways Group), most recently serving as Chief Technology Officer. In this role, he led the adoption of advanced EdTech solutions, modernized IT infrastructure, and integrated automation across six campuses. Managing a team of 35+ professionals, he fostered a culture of innovation and successfully transformed the digital learning experience for students and educators. He also held leadership roles as Head Systems Administrator and Systems Administrator, where he played a pivotal role in strengthening enterprise IT operations and introducing scalable digital systems to support growth. Earlier, Satish served as IT Manager at SM Creative Electronics Ltd, where he managed IT infrastructure across India and overseas, led technical support teams, and drove process optimization initiatives. His global exposure included representing Indian Railways and RDSO in Japan for a study on Railway Signalling Technology in 2003. He began his career with Maruti Udyog Ltd (MUL) and Targus Technologies, where he gained hands-on expertise in IT infrastructure, systems support, and 24/7 operations management — laying the foundation for his career in enterprise IT leadership.

Tejas Shah is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in the financial services sector. As CTO at Carnelian Asset Management & Advisors Pvt Ltd, he will be responsible for leading the organization’s technology roadmap, driving innovation, and ensuring robust, secure, and compliant IT systems to support the firm’s growth.

Before joining Carnelian, Tejas served as CTO at Kalpataru Group Company – SSL Ltd, where he spent over eight years driving enterprise IT strategy, ERP implementations, automation, and large-scale digital transformation programs. His role focused on leveraging technology to enhance business efficiency across industries including BFSI, manufacturing, EPC, and retail. He was Head of IT at Ziqitza Health Care Limited, where he aligned IT with business strategy in a high-growth healthcare services environment. Tejas also held leadership positions in the asset management industry, including five years as Head of IT at Axis Asset Management Company Ltd. There, he set up IT infrastructure from the ground up, managed datacentre buildouts, developed security policies, and drove critical projects such as Axis Bank’s “My Life Plan” and “My Sales Plan,” enabling real-time sales and ensuring business continuity at scale.

Amit Saxena brings nearly three decades of leadership experience in IT, global delivery, and digital innovation. Before joining IKS Health, Amit served as Chief Delivery Officer at CMS IT Services, where he managed large-scale delivery operations for global clients. He was responsible for ensuring service excellence, optimizing delivery models, and scaling operations to meet evolving client needs. His leadership enabled the company to enhance delivery governance and operational efficiency. Earlier, Amit held senior roles at Motherson Technology Services, Navisite, Wipro, and STMicroelectronics. Across these organizations, he spearheaded initiatives in cloud transformation, digital enablement, IT governance, and M&A integrations. At Navisite, he contributed to digital transformation initiatives, ensuring seamless system migrations and optimizing IT operations. Before joining Singhi & Co., Harish served as Chief Information Security Officer – Finvest at Ambit Private Limited, where he oversaw data privacy, risk assessments, RBI gap assessments, VAPT, and third-party risk management. Prior to that, he was CISO and Head of InfoSec, Compliance & Governance at Aye Finance Pvt. Ltd., leading governance, risk, and compliance frameworks, vulnerability management, and digital transformation initiatives that supported critical platforms such as LOS, CRM, and LMS.
Earlier, Harish served as CISO & IT Infra Head at IFFCO Kisan Finance Limited, where he implemented regulatory compliance programs, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity strategies while steering IT infrastructure modernization. His tenure included strengthening ITGC controls, enabling M&A-related integrations, and embedding “digital trust” as a business enabler.
He also held leadership roles at Max Healthcare (via Precision Pyramid Pvt. Ltd.), RedNep Technologies, and Aptara, where he managed information security programs, IT audits, backup and hybrid cloud solutions, and enterprise infrastructure security. Across these roles, Harish built extensive expertise in GRC, vendor risk management, incident response, and security awareness — laying the foundation for his leadership in enterprise cybersecurity and data protection.
