He has a strong track record of managing programs using agile methodologies, focusing on streamlining processes, improving efficiency, and cutting costs while enhancing the experience for customers, partners, and employees. He is also recognized for his collaborative approach, working closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to build a resilient and forward-thinking digital ecosystem.

Prior to his current role, Dhaval V. Pandya, with over 27 years of experience, made a significant impact as Corporate CIO at Piramal Enterprises Limited, where he led the digital transformation of the Pharma, Financial Services, and Real Estate sectors. At JSW Paints, as CIO & CDO, he built the company’s digital and IT infrastructure from the ground up.
