Sanket Karode brings over 19 years of rich experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, field marketing, and enterprise event management. His expertise spans integrated marketing strategy, account-based marketing (ABM), social media leadership, and scaling multi-regional campaigns across APAC and global markets. His career reflects a deep focus on driving pipeline growth, strategic partnerships, and digital-first marketing transformations. His foundational years included sales, marketing, and relationship management roles at Asian Business Exhibitions & Conferences Ltd, IOTAP, Kotak Securities, Religare, and HDFC Bank, where he honed his expertise in client acquisition, investment advisory, and cross-selling financial solutions.

Prior to his role as Regional Marketing Manager – India and Global ABM Manager at Skybox Security, Sanket Karode led marketing programs, demand generation initiatives, and regional field marketing strategies across India and West APAC. He successfully managed integrated campaigns, driving significant YoY pipeline growth and expanding brand presence through strategic social media initiatives and multi-channel campaigns. He also served as Field Marketing Manager for India & SAARC at Skybox Security, where he executed global campaigns, regional programs, and high-impact webinars, while providing critical audience insights and intent data for business development teams. As a Sr. Marketing Manager – Online & Events at Information Security Media Group (ISMG), he launched the Data Breach Summit series in Asia, significantly growing event participation and driving digital content strategy. He also held key marketing leadership roles at UBM India Pvt Ltd, where as Deputy Manager – Marketing, he drove a 50% increase in event registrations for INTEROP Mumbai 2013 through integrated campaigns, winning UBM’s Marketing Award in the “Best Recruitment (Registrations)” category.

Altaf Halde has joined Ampcus Cyber as Sr. Vice President – EMEA
Altaf Halde brings over 30 years of leadership experience in cybersecurity, enterprise solutions, and regional expansion across EMEA and South Asia. His appointment reinforces Ampcus Cyber’s strategic vision of deepening its footprint in international markets and delivering enterprise-grade security solutions backed by strong local leadership.
About his previous roles:
Prior to joining Ampcus Cyber, Altaf Halde served as SVP at 63SATS, where he led strategic expansion and market penetration across India and beyond. He was also the Chief Business Officer at TAC Security, spearheading business growth across EMEA and APAC and guiding clients on boardroom-level cybersecurity decisions. He was also with Network Intelligence for nearly 7 years where he served as Sr. Vice President and earlier as Global Business Head, where he led global cybersecurity business initiatives and provided tailored consulting strategies to enterprises.. He also spent over 6 years at Kaspersky Lab as Managing Director – South Asia, overseeing operations in India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and Nepal. He was instrumental in building enterprise alliances, driving B2B engagements, and establishing strong partnerships with CERTs and regulators. He also served as the Country Director – India, Sri Lanka & Bangladesh at Sophos PLC (after its acquisition of Utimaco Safeware), where he helped scale regional sales from $50K to $1M within the first year, while managing full-cycle sales, strategic planning, and execution.

He also worked at NSEIT as an Account Manager, where he focused on developing financial sector accounts and managing strategic IT transformation programs. Prior to that, he was a Senior Executive – Strategic Accounts at MindCraft Software, where he delivered technology solutions for clients in banking and insurance. His work involved enterprise application development, IT consulting, and client relationship management across the BFSI segment.

Before joining Kistler Group, Anmol Ukey was with Vitesco Technologies for over 5 years. He served as Director & BU Head – Electrification India, where he led the end-to-end electrification business for the Indian market. His responsibilities spanned order acquisition, project delivery, customer engagement, financial performance, and new product launches, focusing on EV solutions like hybrid transmissions, vehicle control units, onboard chargers, and thermal management systems. He also held roles such as Business Unit Head – Controls, India, and Head of Sales – Electrification, India. He was also associated with Continental in multiple leadership roles for 5 years. As Head of Central Sales, Powertrain & Electrification, India, and as Head of Sales, BU FM, India & ASEAN, he managed large-scale sales operations and client engagement strategies across multiple geographies, helping accelerate the adoption of powertrain technologies. He also worked with Honeywell as Sr. Sales Manager, overseeing OEM accounts and expanding the company’s reach in the Pune automotive ecosystem.
