He led key enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives across finance, CRM, analytics, procurement, and project management, overseeing the implementation of technologies like SAP HANA, Salesforce, Dassault, and more. He also spent seven years at Whirlpool Corporation in IT leadership roles. As General Manager – IT, Asia, he drove large-scale CRM rationalization and successfully established a unified digital platform across the region. He also served as Sr. Project Manager and BRM – Asia South, managing SAP rollout and mobility initiatives for the region. As the Team Lead – SAP & APO at Accenture, he oversaw end-to-end adoption of SAP for Dabur, and Senior Consultant at IBM, leading SAP implementations across 11 countries for Essel Propack and Whirlpool. He also served as Head – Information Technology at Max Pacific Corporation Limited, leading the IT function and contributing to critical enterprise system upgrades and security enhancements. He also held the role of General Manager – Information Technology at NES Solutions Ltd, where he managed technology operations across various domains, and he also worked as Head of Information Technology at MMI India Limited, where he oversaw core IT infrastructure and strategic IT planning.
