Piyush Chowhan is a digital leader with over two decades of experience transforming businesses through technology, particularly in the global consumer and retail sectors. He excels at creating innovation-focused digital strategies using analytics, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence, driving significant value and preparing organizations for future disruptions. As the current Digital Strategy and Technology Transformation leader for Lulu Group International, he manages the digital roadmap for its retail operations across 22 countries. His expertise spans retail strategy, business analytics, customer loyalty, CRM, and supply chain management, having worked with major retailers like Walmart, Target, and Tesco. He is an active participant in industry bodies such as NASSCOM and CII and a prolific speaker and writer on digital transformation and innovation.

About his previous role:

Before his current role, Piyush Chowhan was the Chief Information Officer at Panda Retail Company, part of the Savola Group in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. In this role, he headed the company’s digital transformation, focusing on key customer-related strategies such as digital commerce, customer loyalty, and digital marketing. He was responsible for implementing one of the largest cloud-enabled retail setups in the region, leveraging cloud and data to enhance decision-making capabilities.
