Her focus was on ensuring the engagement of the right resources to minimize client impact and expedite recovery processes. Before her tenure at TCS, she was the Manager of Technology for IT Service Desk Operations at Capita India, where she oversaw IT service desk operations. She also gained valuable experience as a team leader at Goldshield Services Private Limited in Mumbai, further honing her leadership and operational management skills in IT service delivery.
