Pahwa is a Subject-Matter-Expert on technology applications, enterprise architecture, and business process solutions. He has created technology vision and strategy for organizations, and his career milestones include deploying the Application for Business Excellence Project Management for India across Group Companies in 35 countries globally for Huhtamaki, implementing enterprise applications for mega organizations, and delivering ERP projects across 14 JAPAC countries for Cap Gemini. He has also been an early adopter of technologies like Hyper Converged Infrastructure (HCI) of Nutanix and Desktop Virtualization (VDI) Citrix-based.

He has also raised IT operations of organizations to global standards, spearheaded technology investments, architecture governance, and software & hardware partner management. He has developed IT Systems, Policies, Solutions & Applications, directed project lifecycles, built large cross-functional project teams, and architected robust IT infrastructures.
