She is a business technology leader with over two decades of experience driving innovation and growth across industries such as pharma, banking, manufacturing, ITES, telecom, and agriculture. Currently an IT Director at Cummins, she drives business IT initiatives with a “Growth Mindset” and previously led the TCS Manufacturing Digital Experience Practice as the youngest woman Practice Leader in manufacturing. She excels in dynamic environments, ensuring seamless IT leadership across JV and M&A business entities, and builds high-performing, diverse teams. She is a committee member of the CII Regional Committee on Digital Transformation & AI and has received accolades like the Industry Digital Samurai Award 2023 and Cummins Business Excellence Award 2022.

Prior to her current role, Kamna Sama has been serving as a member of the CII Regional Committee (Northern Region) on Digital Transformation since August 2023. In this role, she actively contributes to advancing digital transformation initiatives throughout the northern region. Leveraging her profound expertise in technology and strategic leadership, she plays a pivotal role in fostering industry innovation and driving impactful changes within the committee’s purview.
