He is a visionary and strategic technology leader with over 32 years of IT experience. He has led award-winning business transformation projects in real estate, construction, education (ICAI, ICSE Board), SEZ, ports, and EPC. As a CIO, he has delivered significant cost savings and business process re-engineering through cohesive cross-functional teamwork. Starting his career as a software developer, he rose to CIO through dedication and hard work. He excels at aligning ICT with business objectives, managing large-scale IT projects (ERP, CRM, BI tools), and fostering high-performing teams. His specialties include digital innovation, IT infrastructure management, IT compliance, security, BCP, disaster recovery, stakeholder management, and change management. He is a member of CIO Klub, CIOs of India, Dell EMC CIO Club, and Elite CIO Club. Known for his focus, intelligence, and creativity, he relates well to people at all levels.

About his previous roles:

Prior to his current role, Parveen Kumar Sharma was the CTO & Consultant at Vianaar Homes Private Limited (part-time), he was responsible for IT roadmaps, project management, IT operations, ICT infrastructure management, IT security, business continuity, disaster management, digital transformation, change management, team leadership, ERP & CRM implementation, and user training. Previously, as Consultant – IT at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), he led digital transformation and process re-engineering initiatives, including the implementation of the Self Service Portal (SSP) with TCS-iON, digital evaluation of CA students’ answer sheets, and tech-refresh of ITT Centers and the data center. He also managed DMS implementation, e-learning platforms, CDS and UDIN portals, ICAI app, ERP implementations, enterprise voice and data systems, IT security, IT policies, vendor management, and IT budgeting.
