Naveen Reddy Appointed as Chief Information Security Officer at Spandana Sphoorty Financial Ltd.

Spandana Sphoorty Financial Limited has appointed Naveen Kumar Reddy as its new Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), strengthening its commitment to cyber resilience, regulatory compliance, and secure digital growth. Based in Hyderabad, he steps into the role with over a decade of hands-on experience leading cybersecurity operations across India’s financial ecosystem.

Before joining Spandana Sphoorty, Naveen served as CISO at Criss Financial Limited, where he strengthened cybersecurity end-to-end—driving data protection, VAPT, EDR/DLP integration, NGSIEM visibility, endpoint security, and RBI compliance, while also leading organisation-wide cyber awareness initiatives.

Earlier, at IFTAS, he spent eight years managing core cybersecurity operations across SOC, NGSOC, WAF, SOAR, IPS/IDS, SIEM, and vulnerability management. He led multiple teams, implemented next-gen SOC capabilities, handled real-time incidents, automated CTI workflows, and supported major audits and continuity programs. He began his career at IDRBT, managing INFINET MPLS networks for RBI locations and member banks, building a strong foundation in secure financial network operations.

His appointment enhances Spandana Sphoorty’s cyber resilience, governance, and readiness against emerging threats.
