As the Bharat CXO Drive continued its journey across India, Bengaluru became the next meeting point for cybersecurity leaders and technology decision-makers.
CXO Junction, in association with Netpoleon Bharat and its esteemed partners, Exabeam, Infoblox and BMC Helix brought the eighth chapter of the Netpoleon Bharat CXO Drive to Bengaluru, bringing together cybersecurity leaders and technology decision-makers for an evening of conversations, perspectives and peer exchange around the challenges shaping enterprise security today.
With every city, the conversation continues to evolve, bringing new perspectives, experiences and insights to the Bharat CXO Drive journey.
Eight cities into the journey, the questions facing security and technology leaders are becoming increasingly connected.
How can organisations turn AI from possibility into measurable impact?
How can security teams make sense of an ever-growing volume of signals and threats?
And how can intelligence, visibility and the right technology help enterprises respond faster and more effectively?
Bengaluru brought those questions into focus.
And, once again, the discussion went beyond technology alone.

As organisations continue to explore the next phase of AI adoption and digital transformation, the Bengaluru chapter brought together different perspectives from across the enterprise technology and cybersecurity ecosystem.
The conversation explored the growing role of intelligence, automation and AI in helping organisations navigate increasingly complex IT and security environments.
The Bengaluru chapter featured Avinash Gadam, BMC Helix; Manjunath Kanchugar, Sr. Solutions Engineer, Exabeam; and Vishwak Ram, Sr. Technical Manager – India & SAARC, Netpoleon Bharat, with Iqbal Qureshi, AVP & CMO Advisor, CXO Junction, moderating the conversation.
As the discussion unfolded, the focus moved beyond the technology itself and towards the larger question facing organisations today: how can intelligence be translated into meaningful action?
With enterprise environments becoming more distributed and complex, security and technology teams are managing an increasing volume of data, alerts and operational signals.
It is about understanding what matters.
From identifying unusual activity and prioritising potential risks to improving operational visibility and enabling faster responses, the conversation explored how intelligent platforms and AI-driven capabilities can support teams in making better decisions. The opportunity, however, is not simply to automate more tasks. It is to create environments where technology, intelligence and human decision-making can work together more effectively. As the formal discussion unfolded, the exchange continued beyond the table, with leaders sharing perspectives, challenges and experiences from their own organisations.
Different cities. Different perspectives. One conversation that keeps getting stronger.
The Bharat CXO Drive continues to take shape through people, perspectives and conversations.
The Bengaluru chapter also carried forward the Offensive vs Defensive Challenge, bringing the competitive edge that has become an integral part of the Bharat CXO Drive journey.
CXOs stepped into the challenge, taking on offensive and defensive scenarios that called for strategic thinking, quick decisions and the ability to respond under pressure.
By the end of the Bengaluru round, the next set of two finalists had emerged.
🔴 Offensive Champion — Girish Kumar M N – BISO | Senior Director – Cybersecurity, Unisys
🔵 Defensive Champion — Siva Prasad Reddy – Director – Digital Transformation, Syngene International Limited
The Bengaluru finalists will now meet again at the Final Showdown, alongside the finalists from Pune, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Delhi, Lucknow, Hyderabad and the cities still to come.
