As the Bharat CXO Drive moves closer to its final chapters, Chennai marked another important stop on the journey, bringing together cybersecurity leaders, technology decision-makers and enterprise professionals for conversations shaped by the realities of today’s evolving digital landscape.
CXO Junction, in association with Netpoleon Bharat and its esteemed partners, Exabeam, Infoblox and BMC Helix brought the ninth chapter of the Bharat CXO Drive to Chennai. The evening brought together leaders and practitioners from across the technology and cybersecurity ecosystem to exchange perspectives, explore emerging challenges and discuss the role of intelligence, visibility and collaboration in building stronger enterprise environments.
Nine cities into the journey, one thing is becoming increasingly clear: while every market brings a different perspective, many of the challenges facing technology leaders today are shared.
How do organizations stay ahead as digital environments continue to expand?
How can teams gain better visibility across increasingly complex infrastructure?
And as AI becomes a more important part of the enterprise conversation, how can organizations turn new capabilities into practical outcomes?
Chennai brought its own perspective to these questions.
The conversation was shaped not just by technology, but by the people responsible for making technology work in real-world enterprise environments.

The Chennai chapter brought together voices from across cybersecurity, IT operations and enterprise technology, creating a conversation that moved between strategy, technology and practical experience.
The session featured Avinash Gadam from BMC Helix, George Joseph, Regional Sales Manager from Exabeam, and Chaitanya Rathore, Sr. Pre-Sales Engineer at Infoblox. Joining the conversation was Ramya S, Channel Account Manager – Chennai, Netpoleon Bharat, while Sejal Shibe, AVP – Cyberfrat, moderated the discussion.
Together, the speakers explored the changing demands being placed on enterprise technology and security teams.
As organizations become more connected, environments are also becoming more complex. More applications, more devices, more data and more security signals are creating new operational challenges for teams that are already expected to respond faster and make better decisions. The discussion explored how greater visibility, intelligent automation and the right security technologies can help organizations reduce complexity and focus their attention where it matters most.
A key theme throughout the conversation was that technology alone cannot solve every challenge.
The real value lies in how organizations connect intelligence with action.
From understanding activity across the network to identifying potential risks earlier and improving operational response, the conversation looked at how teams can move from simply managing information to making more informed decisions.
Different experiences. Different challenges. Shared perspectives that keep the conversation moving forward.
The Bharat CXO Drive continues to grow through conversations, connections and the people who bring their own perspectives to the table.
The Chennai chapter also continued the Offensive vs Defensive Challenge, bringing another competitive dimension to the Bharat CXO Drive journey.
Participants stepped into scenarios designed to test strategic thinking, decision-making and the ability to respond under pressure.
How do you think like an attacker?
And how do you build the awareness, visibility and response needed to stay ahead?
As the Chennai round came to a close, two more finalists emerged to represent the city at the Final Showdown.
🔴 Offensive Champion — Paramaguru Ramachandran – Sutherland Global
🔵 Defensive Champion — K V DINESH BABU – Veritas Finance Limited
The Chennai finalists will now meet again at the Final Showdown, alongside the finalists from Pune, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Delhi, Lucknow, Hyderabad, Bengaluru and the cities still to come.
