Shweta Srivastava, was CTO of Paul Merchants Limited and has now recently joined JK Cement as their Head-IT Applications. At JK Cement, Shweta will be responsible to drive Change & Business Transformation in IT Applications landscape by Delivery and Maintenance of Go-to-market applications as part of Digital and IT initiatives in alignment with Business Goals.

Shweta, an ITIL and Prince2 Certified professional, has demonstrated expertise in identifying and recommending technology-based solutions that enable organizations to improve their functional efficiency and achieve excellence. Shweta has carved a niche for herself in the IT industry, with demonstrated expertise in Project Management using the Prince2 framework, Process Management, IT Service Management, Change Management, IT Governance/IT Audit, Business Process Automation, SLA Management, and Vendor Contract Management.

Shweta has over 21+ years of industry experience, specialising in Product Engineering Ownership, Technology Roadmap Planning, IT Service Delivery Management, IT Operations, Project Management, IT Infrastructure Planning & Management, Compliance Management, and Cloud Computing, among other things.

Shweta previously worked for reputable companies such as Paul Merchants Finance Pvt. Ltd, Safexpress Pvt. Ltd, Fortis Hospitals, and Sahara Hospital, to name a few. In her previous role, she was responsible for developing an organization-wide roadmap for IT, guiding the company toward innovation and digital transformation.
