With 17+ years of experience in industries like manufacturing, consulting, risk, audit-advisory, and service, Kushal Kumar Varshney, has expertise in designing and executing business transformation programs. He has built scalable systems, handled multiple M&A projects, and headed 50+ engagements in IT transformation, ERP evaluations, and industry 4.0. He has diversified experience in renewable energy, retail, pharmaceutical, FMCG, shipping, oil and gas refinery, agro-business, textiles, apparel, automobile, and consulting.

About his previous role:

Prior to his current role, Kushal Kumar Varshney was a Chief Technology Officer at IndiGrid and was part of India’s first and only privately listed Renewable Energy Infrastructure Investment Trust (InvIT). He led the company’s IT strategy, including setting up the IT landscape during the pandemic, completing six M&A portfolio transactions, and assisting with the acquisition of 15 entities and two plants. He also managed the IT transition of Virescent systems to IndiGrid systems, including IBM Maximo Implementation for Asset Management and ISO 27001:2022 certification.
