He brings over 22 years of extensive experience in BPO/KPO industries, focusing for the past 17 years on certifications and compliance at organizational levels. In his current role, he oversees strategic decisions, implementation, monitoring, and continual improvement of Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (GRC) frameworks at LDL. His leadership extends to ensuring strong Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) and cybersecurity measures, underpinned by his Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) credentials.

Before his current role, Gokulavan Jayaraman had a significant tenure at Lumina Datamatics Limited, a company based in Chennai. Over his 21 years with the company, he has held various key positions, including Senior Manager Quality and Group Manager Quality. His career trajectory showcases his deep expertise in Total Quality Management (TQM) as a Certified Lead Auditor, reflecting his strong foundation in quality assurance practices. As of July 2024, he has transitioned into the role of DGM – Compliance & Deputy CISO, where he oversees comprehensive governance, risk management, and compliance strategies, underscoring his strategic leadership in ensuring organizational security and regulatory adherence.
