He is a professional with over 18 years in the insurance industry, skilled in implementing and managing business applications during the startup phase. He has expertise in program management, business transformation, and stakeholder management. He also drove digital transformation for a major healthcare provider, enhancing experiences across 28 hospitals. Recently, he ventured into real estate, hospitality, and entertainment, leveraging his experience at EMAAR and currently at Arada, where he drives digital transformation and enhances customer experiences.

About his previous roles:

Prior to his current role, Mayank Bhargava has held key roles in leading organizations, including Group CIO at Emaar, where he led digital transformation, and Chief Information and Digital Officer at Fortis Healthcare, managing strategic IT initiatives. At Pramerica Life Insurance, he served as Chief Technology and Data Officer and Chief Information Officer, focusing on strategic IT and change management. At DHFL Pramerica Life Insurance, he aligned IT strategy with business goals and led a team in implementing cost-effective technologies. His accomplishments include leading a 100+ member team in implementing a core insurance solution and participating in the International Management Development Program at Prudential HQ in Newark, USA.
