She built high-performance teams in design and full-stack engineering, driving digital delivery across key industry verticals such as consumer goods, banking, and the public sector. She also served as the Global Delivery Leader for the Digital Front Office Center of Excellence at IBM, where she led global teams in implementing innovative digital solutions within the financial services sector. Her expertise spans digital innovation, P&L management, and fostering agile, distributed teams.
