A passionate and forward-thinking leader with 23 years of experience in the CPG industry, including two enriching years in consulting for Retail and CPG. Throughout his journey, he had the privilege of delivering impactful results across diverse leadership roles in general management, digital commerce, sales, marketing, and operations. Having worked in global and emerging markets, he led multicultural and diverse teams across countries, embracing new perspectives and challenges. In his last role at Unilever, he spearheaded transformation in customer development from their headquarters in London. A lifelong learner, he is proud to be an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, and Stanford School of Business, which have shaped his strategic vision and leadership ethos.

About his previous roles:

Prior to his current role, Badri Narayanan was an Expert Advisor at Bain & Company, he held various influential positions at Unilever, where he made significant contributions to the company’s global strategy. As Head of Transformation for Customer Development, he led major transformation initiatives, working closely with teams across the globe. His experience also includes overseeing customer development in Indonesia, driving B2B eCommerce and route-to-market strategies, and leading digital and distribution innovations worldwide. Earlier in his career, he served as CEO of Pure It (Water) and took on leadership roles in rural and alliances strategies. Throughout his tenure, he demonstrated a keen ability to drive business transformation, operational excellence, and market expansion in both emerging and developed markets.
