Before Modicare, he was the Managing Director and CEO of Avon India, where he transformed a declining business into one with strong revenue and EBITDA momentum through strategic business transformation initiatives. He also held leadership positions at Wrigley (Mars), heading sales for India and overseeing exports to neighboring countries, and at PepsiCo, where he drove exceptional growth for key brands like Cheetos and Uncle Chipps.
