He has joined Capri Global Capital Ltd. as the Chief Information Officer (CIO), bringing over 22 years of experience in technology, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance across leading organizations like IDFC First Bank, Bandhan Bank, RBS, Microsoft, and more. In this new role, he will focus on enhancing cybersecurity resilience, aligning IT governance with regulatory standards, and driving digital transformation to support Capri Global’s mission of innovation in the BFSI sector. His leadership will play a critical role in strengthening IT infrastructure, optimizing risk management, and ensuring a future-ready, tech-driven ecosystem.

About his previous roles:

Prior to his current role, Paromesh Chaterjee has held key roles such as CIO at IDFC First Bharat Ltd., Head of IT Infrastructure at Bandhan Bank, and Senior Project Manager at RBS (now NatWest). His expertise spans DevOps, cloud computing, blockchain, IT security, payments infrastructure, and vendor management, making him well-equipped to lead Capri Global’s IT strategy. Having worked with Microsoft, HP, IBM, and ITC InfoTech, his deep technical knowledge, combined with certifications in Blockchain, ITIL, PRINCE2, PMP, and ISO 27001, further reinforces his ability to drive large-scale technology transformation.
