He possesses a sound understanding of CPG Industry and diverse leadership experience in managing IT in different business functions. He also inspires trust and believes in execution excellence.

Before joining Dabur India Limited Kaustubh Dabral was associated  as Senior Director Digital Transformation Global at Mondelēz International and has served working on transforming Mdlz’s end-to-end planning process by integrating customer planning, demand planning, supply planning, IBP, and S&OE. Delivering objectives – one reliable plan/ one set- of numbers, Financial transparency, and real-time forecasting.
