With a rich background spanning Myntra, McKinsey & Co, Microsoft R&D, and Viacom18 Media, he bring hands-on expertise in building businesses from the ground up in consumer tech and media. He has cross-functional experience covers commercial, marketing, operations, strategy, content, product development, and analytics. He has also lead P&L for the regional cluster while driving ad sales and marketing functions. An avid speaker and passionate storyteller, an alumnus of Stanford Graduate School of Business, the Indian School of Business, and NSIT, where he earned his degree in Computer Engineering.

Prior to his current role, Achint Setai held transformative leadership positions across several renowned organizations. At ZALORA Group, he managed P&L for multiple regions while spearheading marketing, ad sales, customer lifecycle management, and strategic partnerships. At Myntra, he played a pivotal role in scaling the brand nationwide, introducing innovative social commerce solutions, and developing loyalty programs. His tenure at Viacom18 Media included building digital ventures, OTT subscription services, and leading corporate strategy and M&A. Earlier, at McKinsey & Co., he worked on large-scale performance transformations, growth strategies, and organizational restructuring, showcasing his ability to drive impactful change across industries.
