Technology and cybersecurity leader Archit moves on after more than five years at TeamLease

Archit Rajesh has been recently appointed as the Senior Vice President – Technology at FirstMeridian. CXO Junction extends heartfelt congratulations to him on this pivotal role.

Technology and cybersecurity leader Archit Rajesh has joined FirstMeridian as Senior Vice President – Technology. FirstMeridian is a human resources investment platform formed by world-renowned investors with the objective to deliver end-to-end HR solutions and their customers span across industry sectors, including telecom, retail, BFSI, IT, ITES, e-commerce, manufacturing, engineering and logistics.

In his previous role, Archit was the Product Head and Group CISO at TeamLease, where his stint lasted for more than five years. In his role at TeamLease, Archit was responsible for SaaS product development, digital transformation and information security. He led the HCM product portfolio and designed the organization’s digital transformation roadmap with strategic initiatives for revenue growth, margin expansion, digital engagement, cybersecurity and technology foundation.

With over a decade of experience, Archit has a demonstrated record of revamping landscapes of technology, digital transformation and information security for large enterprises. With a diverse experience in retail, staffing, e-commerce, security and travel industries, he has led large product portfolios with complete responsibility for product strategy, product development, go-to-market strategy, market analysis, organic revenue growth and inorganic expansion through mergers and acquisitions. He possesses a deep understanding of the latest technology trends and best practices and is proficient in technology strategy, product development, platform engineering, analytics, business analytics, risk management, information security operations and governance.

Archit contributes actively at various technology forums and holds many industry recognitions and honours. Prior to his role at TeamLease, he held various roles at Jubilant FoodWorks, G4S, Times Internet and Coforge.
