His expertise spans IT systems, shared services, cybersecurity, SAP implementations (including S/4 HANA, Concur, SuccessFactors, and Ariba), business process re-engineering, and IT risk management. Recognized for his exceptional contributions, he is an SAP ACE Award winner and has led global assignments across India, the UK, and Australia. As alumni of BITS Pilani and IIMs Ahmedabad and Lucknow, he continues to champion innovation, sustainability, and business-aligned technology solutions.

Prior to his current role, Dr. Yashpal Soni held several influential leadership positions across renowned organizations, showcasing his expertise in digital transformation, IT strategy alignment, and ERP implementation. During his tenure at Intex Technologies, he managed a vast dealer network, international operations, and digital transformation initiatives, including extending the SAP footprint and implementing S/4 HANA.
