With 26+ years of experience in the field, he is a distinguished cybersecurity and IT security expert. He served as Chief Information Security Officer at PNB MetLife India Insurance Co. Ltd., leading information security initiatives for over four years. At IIFL (India Infoline Group), he held roles as Sr. Manager and Manager of Information Security, focusing on policy development and enforcement. Earlier in his career, he spent over seven years at HSBC as an assistant manager of IT security, managing protocols and implementing solutions to safeguard data. His extensive career in Mumbai has equipped him with comprehensive expertise in securing financial institutions against evolving cyber threats.

About his previous role:

Before his current role, Santosh Sheshware served as the Chief Information Security Officer at Bharti AXA Life Insurance. During this time, he led the development and implementation of cybersecurity strategies, managed risk assessments, and ensured the protection of the company’s sensitive information. He also oversaw compliance with regulatory requirements, coordinated security training programs, and worked to enhance the organization’s overall security posture.
