Prior to his current role, Vaibhav Palan served as the Head of Digital & Core Technologies for the APAC region at Holcim, where he was instrumental in advancing the organization’s digital transformation agenda. He led the development and execution of the Digital Hub Roadmap, spearheading initiatives such as cloud migration, application modernization, and process digitalization, leveraging cutting-edge technologies like RPA, IoT, AI, and Industry 4.0 solutions.
