About his previous roles:
Prior to his current role, Vaibhav Palan served as the Head of Digital & Core Technologies for the APAC region at Holcim, where he was instrumental in advancing the organization’s digital transformation agenda. He led the development and execution of the Digital Hub Roadmap, spearheading initiatives such as cloud migration, application modernization, and process digitalization, leveraging cutting-edge technologies like RPA, IoT, AI, and Industry 4.0 solutions. Collaborating with senior leadership, he successfully incubated and implemented innovative digital solutions, while also driving change management programs such as hackathons and tech awareness campaigns to foster a culture of innovation across the APAC region.
