Anand Trivedi has been recently appointed as the Global Head – Cyber Defence and Resiliency at LTIMindtree. CXO Junction extends heartfelt congratulations to him on this pivotal role.

Anand Trivedi brings over 20 years of rich experience in cybersecurity, risk management, IT governance, and enterprise technology leadership across global organizations. As Global Head – Cyber Defence and Resiliency at LTIMindtree, Anand is responsible for strengthening the company’s cybersecurity posture, driving large-scale defence operations, embedding resiliency into enterprise frameworks, and leveraging AI-driven security innovations to safeguard global clients.

About his previous roles:

Before joining LTIMindtree, he served as Director at CyberProof, where he led next-generation managed security services (MSSP) and advanced SOC operations. He implemented automation-driven incident response frameworks, enhanced global SOC efficiency, and advised clients on evolving threat landscapes. His leadership helped enterprises scale proactive cyber defence programs and align with global compliance standards. He also held leadership roles at UST, where he was instrumental in growing the cybersecurity consulting and services business. He directed global service delivery, developed customer-centric cybersecurity solutions, and managed P&L responsibilities, enabling Fortune 500 clients to enhance their resilience against advanced cyber threats. At TÜV SÜD South Asia, he served as Global Cybersecurity Head & South East Asia Center Head, where he built and scaled cybersecurity practices from the ground up. He developed governance frameworks, drove client delivery across multiple geographies, and created tailored cybersecurity solutions that addressed industry-specific risks. Under his leadership, TÜV SÜD significantly expanded its security footprint in Southeast Asia. He also spent more than a decade with Capgemini (erstwhile iGATE & Patni), where he rose through several leadership positions, including Global Practice Head – Information Security. In this role, he managed large-scale security transformation programs, compliance initiatives (ISO, PCI-DSS, SOX), and IT governance functions for global enterprises. His efforts positioned Capgemini as a trusted partner for end-to-end information security services across BFSI, telecom, and technology sectors. He also served as Business Head – India West at Aujas Networks Pvt Ltd, where he was responsible for business development, consulting, and service delivery. He worked closely with enterprise clients to design cybersecurity strategies, implement risk frameworks, and strengthen resilience against targeted attacks. In the earlier part of his career, Anand worked with Mastek, Sitel, and Ocwen, where he gained hands-on expertise in IT operations, governance, and enterprise technology delivery. He also pursued an entrepreneurial venture with Gizmoquest, where he applied his technology leadership to business innovation.
