Yogiraj Pattani is an accomplished cybersecurity leader with extensive expertise in information security, cyber risk management, governance, compliance, and security operations. With over a decade of experience in the cybersecurity domain, he has built a strong track record of strengthening enterprise security frameworks, driving security transformation initiatives, and enabling organizations to build resilient digital environments. 

Prior to joining Grihum Housing Finance, he served as Chief Information Security Officer at SarvaGram, where he led the organization’s cybersecurity strategy and information security programs. Earlier, he held leadership positions at IBM as Information Security Manager and Security Consultant, leading SOC implementation, security transformation initiatives, compliance assessments, and SWIFT technical audits for major financial institutions. His professional journey also includes key roles at Allied Digital Services Limited, I-Link Infosoft Consultants Pvt. Ltd., Advantmed, and ACS Group.

Earlier, he held leadership roles at Revent Group, Yokohama Off-Highway Tires, ATG Alliance Tire Group, C&S Electric Ltd. He also spent more than a decade at Cummins Inc., leading global ERP transformation, manufacturing technology modernization, supply chain digitization, and enterprise IT strategy across multiple business functions.
