Prior to joining Baroda Global Shared Services Ltd., he served as AVP – IT Infrastructure & Security at Brain Payroll, where he led the implementation and management of the Information Security Management System, achieved ISO 27001:2022 certification, established risk management and security frameworks, and strengthened privacy compliance across India, UK, and EU jurisdictions. Earlier, he served as IT Manager at I-Serve Systems, Technical Consultant at Elitser Technologies, and Sr. Engineer – IT Services at Microlink Solution, building his expertise across IT infrastructure, systems, network security, and technology operations.
